8 mint leaves
1 half lime
Ice cubes
4cl of white rum
2cl of cane sugar
sparkling water
To crush your ice cubes, place them in a cloth and close it. Using a rolling pin, crush the ice cream.
Never cut your mint leaves so as not to lose their taste and not to interfere with tasting (mint pieces could clog the straw). Place the mint leaves at the bottom of the glass.
Cut the lime into 6 equal sized pieces then add them to the glass.
Add 2 cl of cane sugar. Opt for liquid sugar to avoid feeling sugar crystals when tasting.
Crush the contents of the glass. Take care to check that the mint remains at the bottom of the glass and that the lemon and cane sugar cover it so as not to damage it.
Add the ice, leaving space for the rum and soda water.
Finally, mix all the ingredients. Serve with two straws, one for stirring and the other for sipping! Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation.
