Club Farret is first and foremost a team dedicated to the happiness of our guests. Our main objective is to ensure that you have the holiday of your dreams.

Helping each other, hard work and good humour are all part of our team spirit. At Farret, everyone knows one another. We like to spend time together and our work colleagues gradually become friends with whom we share much more than just a company. Whether you're a permanent or seasonal employee, it's a pleasure to meet up again every year and to welcome new members into the Farret team.
We cultivate the team spirit and harmony on a daily basis. Greeting each other every day, taking the time to talk, sharing moments in life... That's what Le Farret is all about, a close team that's there for you.
Every year you'll see familiar faces, some of whom you've known for more than 20 years.
Tito, Manu, Fabrice, Sophie, Cathy, Jean, Tobias... You probably know them. They all started at the campsite as seasonal workers. Entertainer, barman, receptionist... They've never left Le Farret and now occupy key jobs.
Loyalty is one of our characteristics. Over 60% of you are loyal and regular customers. Just like our seasonal workers, who come back year after year and become part of the Farret Family. As the adage goes, "Once Farret, always Farret".

Permanent staff
All year round, Club Farret employs more than 30 people. On the campsite, the green spaces, maintenance and accommodation teams... in the office, the booking, communication and administration teams... work tirelessly to prepare your future holidays.
The campsite never sleeps, and work starts as soon as the gate is closed.

An all-round team
The creation of a brand new neighbourhood, renovations, repairs, demolitions, network redevelopment or even the decoration of a new swimming pool area... visible or invisible, every year there are new challenges to take up.
New features, maintenance and renovation of rental accommodation and infrastructure... booking assistance and campsite management are just some of the tasks carried out in winter to ensure that the campsite is ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions.
A team of twenty multi-skilled staff is dedicated to maintaining the campsite. Each member of staff contributes to enhancing the campsite and developing the quality of the services we offer our customers.

Seasonal staff
During the season, your campsite at Vias Plage in the Hérault region employs over 100 people. Bar, entertainment, cleaning staff, technical staff, restaurant staff, pool supervisors, gardeners, receptionists, security guards... Every year our teams grow.
