Our bar is a true celebration of quality spirits, with a carefully chosen selection of rums, gins, whiskies and wines. Rum from all over the world: Cuba, Martinique, Mexico, Jamaica... with flavours and experiences that are all unique and different. Admire our most beautiful piece: the 100 year old bottle of J.Bally Grande Cuvée. Numbered and produced in only 2000 units worldwide, this decanter is a unique blend, presented in an Art Deco style box. A true work of art.

Gin and white spirits: no fewer than 15 references, plus a bottle of Tequila Reposado. Organic, French, Scottish and Belgian gins, as well as regional gins produced in the Cité de Carcasonne and Toulouse.

Our wine selection is made up exclusively of local wines produced in Occitanie, highlighting the region's terroir and rich wine-growing heritage. So you can discover unique vintages and savour the diversity of wines from our beautiful region.
